Round Robin Live Scoring
Use this process to enter scores for your round robin matches, and optionally share it with players via link, QR code, push notifications, or in-app buttons.
Step 1: Enter Scores
Open the current round of your round robin. Click on a team’s score input field, then use either the quick score buttons or the plus and minus buttons to enter the score.

If you make a mistake, reduce the score down to zero and press the minus button once more to completely clear it. If you need a score higher than 15, click on 15 and continue increasing. The system will automatically determine and display winner and loser icons based on the entered scores. Once a match is complete, it will appear grayed out.

Step 2: Review the Scoreboard
As you continue entering scores, they will automatically transfer to the Scoreboard, showing each team’s current rank and statistics.

Step 3: Go Live to Share the Round Robin
If you don’t want to handle all scoring yourself, you can share the live scoring screen with all of the players in the session. Click the Go Live button to make the round robin viewable to others. Review the available share settings and adjust them as needed. Note that if you allow players to edit scores or names, any player can edit any score or name. (This system was designed for recreational play, and we've made it as easy as possible to keep score without players needing to log in, verify scores entered by opponents, etc.) However, they will not be able to Analyze, Clear Scores, or Delete – only the creator can see those buttons.

If you prefer not to notify players immediately that the round robin is starting, uncheck this notification option; you can still send notifications later when you are ready.
Step 4: Share the Round Robin Link
There are a number of ways to share your round robin. Click Share Link. A unique URL for this page will be presented. Copy the URL and paste into a text message or email.

You can also use the provided QR code so players can scan it with their phone cameras. (Tip: The QR code is also included on the print version, making it easy to post at the courts.)
Players do not need to have downloaded the PlayTime Scheduler mobile app. They can use the mobile website version (which also does not require logging in).

Step 5: Other Methods for Accessing the Round Robin
If you choose to "Send Notifications," players will instantly receive a push notification on their mobile devices indicating that the round robin is starting. They can tap the notification to go directly to it.

Players registered for the session will also see big green buttons on their main calendar screen and on the session window.
