Advanced Round Robin Mixer Formats
Power Users can configure and run three advanced round robin formats: Mixed Doubles Mixer, Split Mixer, and Pool Mixer. Each section covers how to assign players to groups, adjust groupings, and generate the schedule.
Mixed Doubles Mixer
Choose the Mixed Doubles Mixer from the Round Robin format selection screen. This format is similar to the social mixer, but it will only create male–female pairings. Unlike a fixed doubles mixer, partners will change each match.
Step 1: Sort Players into Groups
After selecting Mixed Doubles Mixer, click Next to move to the player assignment screen. The system will automatically sort players with known genders into Female and Male categories. Any players whose gender is unknown will appear in an Unassigned section below that.
Click on an unassigned player’s name, then click in the appropriate Male or Female box to place the player in that group.

Aim to keep the male and female groups relatively balanced; a difference of up to two players between groups is acceptable.
Step 2: Finalize Settings and Generate the Schedule
When all players are assigned, click Next to continue.
On the final screen, choose your court numbers and number of rounds. The system will recommend a number of rounds based on your group size and type of mixer.

Click Next to generate the schedule. The system will create mixed doubles teams with male–female pairings, and partners will change each round.
Split Mixer Format
On the format selection screen, choose the Split Mixer option. In this format, players are divided into two groups, and for every match, one partner is drawn from each group.
Step 1: Sort Players into Groups
By default, the system auto-splits players by skill level, placing lower-level players into Group 1 and higher-level players into Group 2.
This ensures that each team pairs one lower-level player with one higher-level player, avoiding matches where two lower-level players face two higher-level players.
Players whose skill levels are unknown (for example, guests) will appear in an Unassigned Players list. To assign them, click on a player name, then click on the desired group.

Repeat this process until all unassigned players have been assigned to a group. When the screen indicates that all players are assigned, you can proceed.

Step 2: Random and Manual Sorting
You can alternatively choose to auto-split randomly instead of by skill.

The system will then randomize the group assignments. If you want to start over, you can reset the entire screen and return to manual assignment.

For example, you might choose to organize groups by age instead of skill level. In that case, manually place players into Group 1 or Group 2 based on what you know their age to be.
Step 3: Finalize Settings and Generate the Schedule
When all players are assigned and the groupings look correct, click Next.
On the next screen, select your court numbers and number of rounds, then generate the schedule.
Pool Mixer Format
Select the Pool Mixer format. You will split players into two groups, but in this case the groups form separate pools that do not mix with each other; players stay within their own pool.
Step 1: Sort Players into Groups
By default, the system will attempt to auto split by skill level, finding an average level for your session and creating a lower and higher pool (for example, 2.0–3.0 and 3.5–4.5).
Step 2: Random, Gender, and Manual Sorting
Guests or players with unknown skill levels will appear as Unassigned. Manually assign each of these players to the pool you feel they belong in.

You can auto-split the pools randomly, or you can auto-split by gender. Or, click Reset at any time and sort manually.
Step 3: Finalize Settings and Generate the Schedule
When all players are assigned and the pools look correct, click Next.
On the next screen, select your court numbers and number of rounds, then generate the schedule.
