If you sign up for a session but are unable to attend, please remove your name!  This will allow other members to sign up. 

Please complete this self-assessment before signing up for any session:

1. Do you have a fever (temperature over 100.3)?
2. Do you have a loss of smell or taste?
3. Do you have any flu-like symptoms (i.e. fever, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, chills, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite)?
4. Have you, or anyone with whom you have been in close contact been diagnosed with COVID-19, or been placed in quarantine for possible contact with COVID-19?

If none of the above are true, you may sign up for a session.
