PlayTime Scheduler Tips & Tricks:
Making the Most Of Power User Month!

As a special thank you to all our loyal users, we're trying something we've never done before. We've upgraded everyone to POWER USER status for the entire month of August, completely free of charge!

  • Turn off locations where you never play, then assign each of the remaining locations its own color.
  • Choose to hide invite-only, gendered, or leveled sessions that aren't relevant to you. 
  • Switch to List View – you’ll see more information without having to click.
  • Access past sessions and weather forecasts. 
  • Integrate your play schedule with iCal or Google Calendar.

Create the Perfect Play Session
  • Refine with over 25 session creation options – gender, format, max number of guests, session title, and more.
  • Automate a waitlist.
  • Create a perfectly balanced mixed doubles session.
  • Post up to 90 days in advance, create a repeating series, or clone a past session.
  • Control when notifications are sent and when registration opens/closes.

Run an Epic Round Robin
  • Choose between 6 different Round Robin formats.
  • Generate a schedule for up to 48 players.
  • Print a sign-in sheet or check players in on your mobile device.
  • Export the final results to a spreadsheet.
