PlayTime Scheduler Tips & Tricks:
New Features and Updates!

Our development team has been hard at work on your top-requested features. Here’s a quick look at what’s been added or upgraded recently:

  • Clone a Session: Power Users can now quickly duplicate an existing session by clicking the Clone button at the top of the session window. All of that session’s settings will be transferred into the Add Session form. Just be sure to update the date and repeat settings for the new session so you don’t create an exact copy!

  • Invite Links for Player Lists: You can now share a link or QR code so players can add themselves to your player list — no need to search for each person and add them manually. Players without PTS accounts will be added to your list automatically once they complete registration. Look for the new "Invite Link" button on the Edit Player List screen.

  • QR Codes for Sessions: Download and share a QR code linking to a specific session. Click the Share button on the bottom of the session window, then “Download QR code." We’ve also improved the thumbnail and text descriptions that appear on session link previews shared to social media/SMS.

  • Enhanced Location Maps: The new Map Tools feature includes a map legend, search box, and filters. You can quickly find a specific venue by name, or filter the map markers by indoor vs. outdoor courts. Premium Users can also filter by dedicated vs. multi-use courts and lighted vs. non-lighted courts.

  • Crowd-Sourced Location Updates: All users can now suggest location updates, such as address corrections, updated location notes, or changes to the number of courts. A local admin will review and approve changes before they go live. To suggest an update, visit your region’s Location List, or open a session schedule there, click the location name, and then click “Update Info."

  • Round Robin Improvements: We’ve continued refining the match generation algorithm and user interface based on your real-world feedback. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to test the feature and report back.

  • Feed Comments: You can now add a photo to a comment, and send a direct message to another user from their comment.

  • Chat Messages: Said something you regret? You can now edit chat messages after sending them.

  • Video Tutorials: We’re updating and expanding our online documentation to include videos with accompanying  step-by-step guides. Along with the Round Robin tutorials, we also have an updated tutorial on using Player Lists. Keep an eye on this page as we post more.
