PlayTime Scheduler Tips & Tricks:
Creating and Using Player Lists

Player Lists make it easy to organize and communicate with groups of players you regularly play with. Instead of searching for players individually each time you create a session, you can save them in a reusable list and invite everyone in just a few clicks. Power Users can even share and collaborate on lists with other organizers.

Player Lists can be used for:

  • Inviting groups of friends to play
  • Creating skill-based or gender-specific groups within your club
  • Maintaining block lists
  • Starting group chats

You can edit a list at any time – even after you’ve begun using it. As you add more players, they will receive an invite notification for any active sessions using that list. Removing a player will prevent them from viewing your invite-only session, but won’t remove their name if they’ve already signed up. Players can also choose to remove themselves from a list by clicking the View List link on the session window, then the X by their name.
