Lately, I’ve been on a bit of a mission to feel stronger on and off the court — adding in gym time, more consistent workouts, and even (brace yourself) actual weight training. Well… turns out going from pickleball-only cardio to “let’s lift everything” might not have been the smoothest transition 😅 I slightly overdid it and ended up tweaking my shoulder — which meant missing my regular Friday session. Not exactly how I planned to kick off the weekend. It was a good reminder though: staying active is one thing, but staying healthy enough to keep playing is the real win. | |
