"Add to Calendar" Button

I don't know about you, but I'd be totally lost without my calendar. I would probably forget to show up for half the play sessions I sign up for! Fortunately, Power Users have the ability to export PlayTime Scheduler sessions to their Apple, iCal, Google, Outlook, Yahoo, or Microsoft 365 calendars. You will find the Add to Calendar button in the bottom left corner of every session window. The calendar entry will include the date/time, location, session levels and type, title, description, plus a direct link to the session for quick access.

Did you know you can link directly to PlayTime Scheduler sessions from an email, text message, social media post, or website? Just click the blue arrow icon in the bottom left of the session window. You will be provided a unique session URL you can copy and paste anywhere. When a logged in user clicks the link, that session will immediately pop open – even if they are currently in another region! If a logged out or non-registered user clicks the link, they will need to log in or register first, and then the session window will automatically pop up.
