Ever wonder what all those icons on the bottom of your session windows are for? Let’s break it down!
 

1. Refresh: Reloads the session window to ensure you are seeing the latest info. You might find yourself using this button when waiting for a session to open. If you open the window prior to the registration start time, you’ll need to refresh the session after the clock ticks over in order to see the "Add My Name" button.
2. Share: Provides a unique, shareable URL for that session that you can share on social media, email, etc.
3. Mute Notifications: Are chatty players leaving too many notes discussing who’s bringing what to the potluck? Click this icon to mute notifications for that particular session. You can un-mute at any time using the same button.
4. Weather Forecast: View the weather forecast for this session’s location and time. (Premium Feature)
5. Add to Calendar: Add this session to your third-party calendar, such as Apple, Outlook, or Google. You can also subscribe so all sessions you sign up for are automatically added to your third-party calendar. (Power User Feature)
6. Check-In: Adds a column of checkboxes to the attendee list, so you can check players in (or mark that they paid, signed the waiver, or whatever else you want to track). Only the session creator has access to this feature. Your checks will save with the session and be there each time you visit. No one else can see them. (Power User Feature)
7. Print: Generates a printable sign-in sheet and flyer/poster for your event. (Power User Feature)
