PlayTime Scheduler Tips & Tricks:
Be Our Guest (Or Not...)
We occasionally receive questions about exactly how guest signups work. Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know about adding and managing guests when creating or joining sessions:
You won’t see the “Add Guest” button until you’ve added your own name to the session.
By default, sessions allow an unlimited number of guests per attendee. Free Users cannot change this setting.
Premium Users can choose to block guest signups on their sessions. Power Users can also set a maximum number of guests per attendee.
The session creator can always add guests under their own name—even if guest signups are disabled for others. This is why you may occasionally see guests listed on a session that doesn’t allow you to add your own.
Premium and Power Users can customize the “+1 guest” label by entering the guest’s name or other details. Power Users can do this for any guest listed on their own sessions.
Guests cannot be added to waitlists. Additionally, you can’t add a guest under your name once a session is full—even if you’re on the play list. (In other words, adding a guest won’t bump anyone off the play list or move others further down the waitlist.)
