Power Users can now connect their PlayTime Scheduler account directly to their Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars using a personalized calendar feed URL. Once set up, all your upcoming play sessions will automatically appear on your calendar – with full session details and a direct link back to PTS.

This feature works seamlessly across both the website and the mobile app, keeping your schedule in sync no matter where you log in.

To get started, head to the “My Sessions” page and click “Subscribe…” There you’ll find step-by-step instructions by clicking the little Help icon (question mark) next to it.

Note: Calendar refresh rates vary by app (Google updates every few hours, Outlook about every 3, and Apple lets you choose).
