PlayTime Scheduler Tips & Tricks:
New Feature! Notification Inbox
In addition to the in-app messaging features we discussed last week, we’ve introduced better integration of notifications through another new feature called the Notification Inbox. You'll find the button for it (represented with a bell icon) next to the Message Inbox icon, just below where it says "Welcome, (Name)!"
The Notification Inbox helps you stay organized by consolidating all your PTS notifications in one easy-to-access location. Did you get an email about a note or session, but can’t seem to find it now? Or maybe you've turned off your email notifications but still want to stay updated on what’s changed since you last logged in. Simply click the Notification Inbox, and you'll see all the latest activity relevant to you and your upcoming sessions. Unread notifications will be highlighted in blue, and the badge count on the icon will track the total number of unread messages. Clicking on any notification will take you directly to the corresponding session, note, or message.
This feature also plays a key role in our upcoming mobile app. The inbox will store a log of all push notifications, allowing you to quickly reference them—even after clearing the notification from your device. The badge count in the app will match the count in your Notification Inbox, so you can easily see if you have any new items to review before opening the app.
Much like your oven, the notification box is self-cleaning. Older entries are automatically cleared after 10 days.
