We’re always listening to user suggestions and working to improve the site.

One often-requested feature has been the ability to have upcoming play sessions automatically added to your Apple (iCal), Outlook, or Google Calendars. Previously, you had to manually add them one at a time, from either the session window or your "My Sessions" list.

Power Users can now get a personalized calendar feed URL to add to their third party calendars. As you sign up for sessions on PTS, they will be automatically added to your calendar. All of the important session details, including a direct link to the session, will be included on the event.

To get your calendar feed URL, click the "My Sessions" button on the main calendar page, then click “Subscribe…”

We’ve included some instructions on what exactly to do with this fancy link in the various calendar apps— click the Help (question mark) icon for more information.

Note: Different calendar apps have different refresh rates. When adding to Apple Calendar, it should ask you how often you would like to auto-update (from 5 minutes, to once a week). Google’s documentation says it will refresh “every few hours”, while Outlook syncs approximately every 3 hours. See your calendar app’s documentation for more details.
