This month we are highlighting the Jacksonville, Florida region which has grown steadily over the last 2 years to over 1,300 users. First, up, we talked to regional admin Jim Polkey:
 

How long have you been playing pickleball?

I have been playing pickleball for about four years.

When did you first join PlayTime Scheduler as a regional admin?
I think I have been a regional administrator for about two years. 

What do you think is the most rewarding part of being a regional admin?

I think the most rewarding part about being an administrator is just giving people the ability to find places to play in Jacksonville.

What’s the biggest challenge?

As far as challenges, I don’t really have any.

What advice would you give to a new region considering setting up PlayTime Scheduler?

The only advice I can give someone starting at administrative position, is to be familiar with your area, and be willing to answer emails. I have found it really easy to set up and work the website.
