We continue to make improvements to the site based on your feedback. Here are some of the latest changes you may have noticed:
 

• Improved login retention. We've modified how login sessions are saved, and changed the login page to offer one-click access if a prior login session is found. We hope this is making life easier for many of you who reported having to log in each time you visited the site. Note: Use of “Private Mode” in your web browser will prevent sites from saving your login cookie once you leave the website. Turn “Private Mode” off if you would prefer to stay logged in longer.
   
• Invisible invite-only sessions: Power Users now have the option to make their invite-only sessions completely invisible to users who aren't on the list. Please be mindful of how your sessions may impact court availability – large invite-only sessions are best left visible so others can plan accordingly.
   
• Session share button:  Look for the blue “share” icon in the bottom left of the session window. This button will provide a URL linking directly to that session, which you can copy and paste into an email, text message, social media post, etc. (Recipients must log in to view session details/names.)
   
• Regional admin email facility: Regional admins now have a way to contact groups of users, or everyone in their region, in order to communicate important messages such as court closures or event cancellations. (These messages are monitored by PTS staff for appropriate use and may not be commercial in nature.) If you do not wish to receive these types of emails, go to My Account > Emails and un-check "Allow regional messages from my local admin."
   
• Improved user registration flow: Due to the increased number of regions, it was becoming more difficult for new users to identify their home region when viewing the list for their state/province. We now use postal codes to help guide users to the nearest available region(s).
