Need a few more players, or want to make sure a certain friend sees a session? PlayTime Scheduler gives you several ways to spread the word.

Open the session and tap the “Share" icon (looks like an arrow pointing up). You’ll see 3 options:

Invite-only sessions work differently: sharing the session URL does not add someone to the list. The direct session link and QR code can still help players who are already invited find the session quickly. However, someone who is not on the list will not become invited simply by opening the link. Only the session creator can invite additional players by editing the invite list. Notifications are automatically sent to newly added players.

The new "Invite Link” feature for player lists can save you from adding everyone individually. Open "My Player Lists” to create a new list or load an existing one. Tap "Invite Link" to get a shareable link or QR code. When someone opens the link, they can add themselves to that player list. If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll be guided through registering first.

Tip: Your name and the list name are displayed to those you invite. Give the list a title that you don’t mind sharing publicly (maybe not “People I’m Better Than”).
